Returns
NB Fashions accepts returns within 7 to 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom bridal wear, altered items, and clearance products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
